Ⅰ Introduction

Three-Dimensional Vibrating Screens, also known as Rotary Vibrating screens, are a general-purpose vibrating screening and filtering device with wide application in powder, small-sized and liquid materials.

Ⅱ Working Principle

By means of hammer(unbalance hammer)mounted along the motor shaft, HYS Series 3-D Vibrating Screens convert the rotation of the motor into a 3-D movement, i.e. horizontal, vertical and inclined movement, and then the 3-D movement is transferred to the screen surface, which leads to an involutes movement of the materials on the screen surface. That’s why it is also called the Rotary Vibrating Screen. Rotary Vibrating Screen can handle the material into the Precision Screening or Probability screening by adjust the upper and lower ends of the phase angle of the hammer so as to change the movement trajectories of materials on the screen surface.It has the feature of long trajectory of materials and high utilization rate of screen surface.

a. Grading
Each of vibration sieve can screen and separate precisely and continuously,the Multi-layer type can screen and separate five groups of
different particles at a time. It is suitable for dry materials.

b. Remove the impurities
The vibration sieve can quickly separate a few oversize or undersize particles from a quantity of materials.

c. Solid-liquid separation
The mixture of solid and liquid can be separated effectively by single or multi-layer type into different grade materials.

Vibrating Filter: use upright motor as the source of vibration,equipped eccentricity hammer on the both sides of the to pand the bottom, change circum rotate to level,up right and slope movement, then pass these three movement to the surface of the griddle. Adjust the phasic angle on the both sides of the top and bottom to change the movement orbits of the surface
griddle.
